The Tuesday Letter
A little space each week to talk about the things we don't always say out loud. The expectations we've spent years meeting, the patterns we keep repeating and the uncomfortable questions that come with realising we might want something different from our lives.
Some weeks it'll be personal, other weeks a little confronting. There'll be observations, opinions and probably a few things you won't agree with. That's fine. I'm not here to tell you what to think. I'd much rather give you something worth thinking about.
New thoughts, every Tuesday.
Letting Go Isn’t Giving Up. It’s Knowing When You’re Done.
Letting go isn’t always about walking away from something terrible. Sometimes it’s about recognising that something which once felt right no longer fits the woman you’ve become. You can be grateful for the opportunities, proud of what you’ve built, and still decide it’s time to move on. Not every ending needs a villain, a dramatic exit, or an explanation everyone agrees with. Sometimes, knowing you’ve done enough is reason enough.
